As Principal Consultant and Founding Director Shane believes the key to success is to communicate clearly the land development process and empower the client by providing service excellence and value that sets us apart from our competitors.
Shane has comprehensive experience in the management of land development and building projects. Extensive experience in the management of project teams to provide strategic advice and facilitate preferred outcomes across all sectors including state and local government, private sector property developers and the building contractor interface.
As a Professional Licensed Surveyor and Senior Project Manager Shane has the ability to engage stakeholders quickly and effectively whilst fostering effective communication across all levels of the project team.
In his spare time Shane enjoys getting away (without the mobile phone) on weekend Caravan, 4WDing or camping adventures with his lovely wife and two boys.
